Admission Procedure

Admission Procedure

Vision International College of Management and Technology follows a transparent, merit-based admission procedure designed to identify candidates with academic aptitude, leadership potential, and a passion for learning. The process unfolds in the following steps:

  1. Online/Offline Application
Prospective students may apply through the VICMT website or obtain a physical application form from the admissions office. Required details include personal information, academic history, and choice of program (BCA or BBA). A non-refundable application fee is payable via online gateway, demand draft, or cash.

  2. Document Verification
Applicants must submit certified copies of:

    • Class 10 and 12 mark sheets and passing certificates

    • Graduation transcript (if applying for postgraduate or lateral-entry programs)

    • Date of birth proof (birth certificate, passport, or Aadhar Card)

    • Category/Certificate of Reserved Category (if applicable)

    • Passport-sized photographs (4 copies)

Original documents are verified at the time of interview/counselling to confirm authenticity.

  3. Entrance Test / Merit Evaluation
Admission to BCA and BBA programs is based on performance in the VICMT Entrance Test (VET) or equivalent national/state-level entrance exams (e.g., CUET, IPU CET). Candidates who have secured valid scores in recognized exams may be exempted from the VET or granted additional weightage. Merit lists are prepared combining entrance test scores (70%) and academic marks (30%).

  4. Final Selection and Offer Letter
Based on cumulative merit seat availability under various categories, a final selection list is published on the VICMT website. Selected candidates receive an offer letter by email and can confirm their admission by paying the first installment of tuition fees within the stipulated deadline.

  5. Orientation and Induction
New students attend an orientation program covering academic regulations, code of conduct, campus facilities, and support services. Peer mentors and faculty advisors guide them through the transition to college life.

This multi-stage procedure ensures fairness, transparency, and the enrollment of students who demonstrate both scholastic achievement and the drive to succeed in management and technology careers. For detailed schedules and deadlines, please refer to the VICMT admissions calendar on our website.
