Fee Structure

Vision International College of Management and Technology offers transparent and flexible fee structures to accommodate diverse student needs. The detailed breakdown for the academic year is as follows:

1. Tuition Fee

• Payable in two equal installments: at the beginning of each semester.

• Late payment penalties apply at the rate of ?200 per week beyond the due date.

2. Development Fee

• One-time fee charged in the first year to support infrastructure enhancement, digital resources, and campus amenities. Non-refundable.

3. Caution Deposit

• Collected once at admission; refundable within 60 days of course completion, subject to clearance of all dues and return of library books/equipment.

4. Additional Charges

• Examination Fee: ?1,500 per semester (as per GJUS&T norms).

• Library Fee: ?1,000 per annum.

• Hostel Fee (optional): ?60,000 per annum (covers room, mess, and utilities).

• Transport Fee (optional): Based on route distance—ranges from ?10,000 to ?15,000 per annum.

5. Payment Modes

• Fees may be remitted online via NetBanking, Debit/Credit Card, or UPI.

• Offline payments accepted via Demand Draft or Cash at the Accounts Office.

6. Scholarships and Financial Aid

• Merit Scholarships: Up to 25% tuition waiver for top 10% of the previous year’s academic performers.

• Need-based Aid: Concessions for economically weaker students, subject to verification.

• Reserved Category Scholarships: As per Government of Haryana guidelines for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates.

7. Refund Policy

• Full refund (excluding development fee) if withdrawal is requested within 15 days of the course commencement.

• 50% refund (excluding development fee) if withdrawal occurs within 30 days.

• No refund beyond 30 days of session start date.
